AMENITIES
Each bungalow features a beautiful verandah with comfortable seating and garden views. Inside you'll find a day bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, phone and private bathroom with shower, clothes iron, toiletries and hair dryer. The fully furnished kitchen features a bar fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, electric stove top, electric kettle, coffee plunger and toaster along with all the pots, pans and utensils for any kind of dining. Each bungalow is supplied with linen, blankets and towels.
PRIVATE LAGOON CRUISE
Beat the crowds and book one of Marino Tours' private lagoon tours such as the full day private lagoon tour, the half day private lagoon tour, the whale tour or catch a water taxi to an uninhabited island. All tours are private so that you can enjoy exploring Aitutaki's world-famous lagoon and its wonders at your own pace and privacy. SWIMMING & SNORKELLING
Most of the mainland's shore is too shallow to swim. However, there are a few swimming and snorkelling spots nearby including Base One Beach (10 mins walk) and the deep swimming channel near Tai Marino Beach Bungalows (5 mins walk). Snorkel gear and SUPs are also available for rent.
HIKING
The hiking trail to Maunga Pu and Piraki lookout are about 650 meters away and are highly recommended for its views of the Aitutaki lagoon and sunset. There are also a few smaller trails nearby that take you across the island.
GETTING AROUND
Airport transfers are included with every stay and the airport itself is only a 3 mins drive. Affordable rental vehicles can be easily arranged and delivered to your doorstep stress-free. The closest eatery, Aunty Odee'z, is a 5 mins walk along the beach, the nearest petrol station 2 mins drive and the nearest grocery store, Tina & Co 24/7 only a 5 mins drive. The local township is a 10 min drive as well as the Aitutaki Market and Arutanga Wharf from which the private lagoon cruise departs.

We are your hosts, Marokii and Vaea, a husband and wife team, taking great care to make sure you enjoy your holiday in comfort and ease. We will greet you at the airport with our fragrant traditional flower eis and personally escort you to your bungalow where you'll be briefed and then taken for a quick tour of the town and nearby places of interest. We will check in on you throughout your stay, eager to chat and interact but also respectful of your time and privacy. We endeavour to answer any question, give good recommendations and share local tips so you can make the best of your Aitutaki holiday.
