Tai'inu Bungalows is a family-owned and operated accommodation based in Aitutaki, Cook Islands. It was lovingly renovated by the Maoate family and in October 2022 opened up as a small accommodation containing two rustic and charming garden-view bungalows. Owners Tione and Anne Maoate (pictured) live on the island of Rarotonga and work as market vendors and farmers, famous island-wide for their beautiful pineapples and other local produce. Together they work along with their children and grandchildren on Rarotonga and Aitutaki to give their guests at Tai'inu a taste of genuine Cook Island hospitality.

One of their sons, Marokii and his wife Vaea Maoate play their role as hosts at Tai'inu Bungalows, taking great care and effort to ensure each of their guests enjoy their holiday in Aitutaki. In 2018 they moved to Aitutaki and have since enjoyed the quiet peace and beauty of Aitutaki, the kind-hearted people and practice their strong faith. Although they were both born and raised on Rarotonga, Aitutaki has become their permanent home and they hope to share it with each of their guests, sending them off with unforgettable memories and a friendly smile.
